9 August 2017 : The 2nd series of badminton clinic for senior citizens under Perangsang Selangor’s Sports for All programme was held at Champion Arena Badminton Hall, Kg Sungai Kayu Ara, Petaling Jaya. A total of 45 senior citizens aged between 46 to 74 years participated in the programme.

5-6 August 2017 : Perangsang Selangor through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative in collaboration with Persatuan Belia Masjid organised ‘Santuni Masyarakat’ programme at Pusat Jagaan Nur Hasanah, Beranang. A total of 23 staff and family members participated in the event. The programme started with a briefing by Pn. Aidah Jaamat, Secretary of Pusat Jagaan Nur Hasanah, followed by ‘gotong-royong’ activities to clean the surrounding area. Pusat Jagaan Nur Hasanah also received contributions worth RM7,300 from Perangsang Selangor presented by Mohd Fauzi Mohd Ghazali, Associate Director of Public Relations, Media and CSR.

5-6 August 2017 : A total of 112 under 18 youths from the Petaling District participated in the Perangsang Selangor Sepak Takraw League organised by Kelab Masyarakat Bola Rotan under the Sports for All programme at Sekolah Sukan Seksyen 11, Shah Alam.

4 August 2017 : Perangsang Selangor presented financial aid worth RM10,000 to Masjid Al Islah, Batu 10, Pulau Meranti to refurbish and upgrade the mosque’s facilities. The contribution was handed over by YAB Dato’ Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali, Dato’ Mentei Besar Selangor in conjuction with ‘Program Turun Padang’ at the Sepang district. He also presented the Notice 5A to 45 residents of Kampung Sri Tanjong, Hijrah Scheme to 62 participants worth RM710,000, ‘Skim Peduli Sihat’ medical cards as well as Foodstamp assistance to the local community.

2 August 2017 : Perangsang Selangor organised the first series of badminton clinic for senior citizens under the Perangsang Selangor Sports for All programme at the Champion Arena Badminton Hall, Kg Sungai Kayu Ara, Petaling Jaya. A total of 45 senior citizens from Selangor attended the badminton clinic. A total of 4 badminton clinics for senior citizens will be conducted this year by J World Sports.

1 August 2017 : A total of 110 ‘orang asal’ and orphans from SK Sungai Melut, SK Bukit Tampoi, SK Bukit Lanjan and Rumah Amal Asnaf Al-Barakh attended a badminton clinic conducted by former national player, Jason Wong at Champion Arena Badminton Hall, Kg Kayu Ara, Petaling Jaya. The clinic is part of Perangsang Selangor’s Sports for All programme under the Selangor Sports Stimulus (SSS) initiative.
