KPS Berhad set a new milestone, surpassing the RM1.0 billion revenue mark for FY2020.

KPS Berhad was awarded the Sustainability & CSR Malaysia Awards 2020 for Overall Excellence in Education, Entrepreneurship & Community Development.

KPS Berhad won Silver NACRA 2020 Excellence Awards for Companies With Less Than RM2 Billion In Market Capitalisation.

KPS Berhad won the Platinum Award for the NACRA 2021 Excellence Awards for the ‘Companies Under RM2 billion Market Capitalisation’.

For the third year running since 2019, KPS Berhad won the ‘Company of the Year Award for Leadership in Sustainable Environment & Social Initiatives’ under the ‘Investment Holding’ category at the Sustainability & CSR Malaysia Awards 2021.

KPS Berhad bagged the Malaysia Minority Shareholders Watch Group (“MSWG”) – ASEAN Corporate Governance Award 2020 for two categories: the ‘Excellence Award for CG Disclosure - Market Capitalisation Above RM100 million to RM300 million’ and the ‘Industry Excellence Award Industrial Products & Services’.

KPS Berhad officially rebranded on 28 February 2022. The brand’s new logo better depicts what KPS Berhad stands for and everything the Group aspire to become.

KPS Berhad was honoured once again at the Sustainability & CSR Malaysia Awards 2022 and received two awards: the ‘Long-Standing Excellence In Sustainbaility and Overall Excellence In Community Upliftment Initiatives.

Completed the disposal of Sistem Penyuraian Trafik KL Barat (“SPRINT”) highway with the Group’s share of the proceeds being RM172.6 million (excluding RM10.8 million government compensation on receivables and retention sum).

KPS Berhad won the Silver NACRA 2022 Excellence Awards for ‘Companies Under RM2 billion Market Capitalisation’. This is the third consecutive win since 2020.

Concluded the acquisition of MDS Advance Sdn Bhd on January 13, 2023.

KPS Berhad became the first state-owned company (“GLC”) in Selangor to participate in the corporate cash waqf initiative to Perbadanan Wakaf Selangor (“PWS”) amounting to RM200,000.

KPS Berhad embarked on its adoption of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (“TCFD”) to identify and assess the risks and impacts of climate change on its business and operations.

The unveiling of KPS Group’s Organisation Anti-Corruption Plan 2023-2026 (“OACP’) in November 2023 reinforces our commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.

KPS Berhad received multiple awards, affirming the Group’s ongoing business and operational excellence and its substantial.

2024

2024

In January 2024, KPS Berhad reduced its ownership in Kaiserkorp Corporation Sdn Bhd from 60% to 10% to streamline core operations and support debt reduction, enhancing financial stability. The divestment resulted in a RM117.4 million gain, raising the Group’s cash and bank balances to RM513.9 million. Retaining a 10% stake allows KPS Berhad to benefit from potential future gains. The disposal was finalised on March 20, 2024.

In February 2024, KPS Berhad received the Bronze award at the Anugerah Integriti, Governans dan Anti Rasuah 2023 (AIGA 2023) from Institut Integriti Negara. This prestigious accolade recognises our commitment to integrity, governance, and anti-corruption practices.

Announced the divestment of Plaza Perangsang as part of our strategic business plan. This decision, based on a thorough evaluation, aims to optimise our investments, refine our core focus, and enhance operational efficiency.

In May, KPS Berhad was honoured with Malaysia Best Employer Brand Award 2024 and Anugerah Majikan Paling Setia, a testament to our efforts in creating a supportive and dynamic workplace.
