Sports For All – Bowling

27-28 June 2018 : Perangsang Selangor in collaboration with JAB Bowling Academy organised a 2-day bowling clinic at U-Bowl, Kuala Selangor. A total of 71 students and teachers from 18 primary and secondary schools from Kuala Selangor district participated in the programme. The programme is aimed to provide an opportunity for the youths to be involved in sports and instil a healthy lifestyle.

29 December 2017 : Perangsang Selangor through its Sports For All programme training provider JAB Bowling Academy, organised a bowling clinic at Wangsa Bowl, Setia City Mall, Setia Alam. The clinic was open to the public started with a briefing followed by a coaching session. The objective of the programme is to promote the sports and provide a basic training. The event ended with a mini competition and prize giving ceremony.

Sports For All – Bowling

25 November 2017 : Perangsang Selangor in collaboration with JAB Bowling Academy organised a bowling clinic under the Sports For All programme at Megalanes Sunway Pyramid participated by 108 participants from the Petaling district.The objective of the programme is to promote the sport among the public and provide a basic training session conducted by the academy’s professional coach. The event ended with a mini competition and prize giving ceremony.

A total of 73 participants involving students, teachers and parents participated in the programme aiming to cultivate a healthy life style through cycling activities.

Sports For All – Cycling Clinic

27 September 2017 : Perangsang Selangor organised a Cycling Clinic for 43 special needs students of Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Seksyen 18, Shah Alam conducted by appointed training provider Clever Speda. The programme, under the Sports For All was initiated to provide an opportunity to all participants in learning basic cycling techniques as well as increase road safety awareness. The school also received 50 bicycles sponsored by OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad.

10 February 2018 : Perangsang Selangor through Munro Sports, a training provider under the Sports for All programme organised the 2nd series of ‘#MyParentsMyCoach’ soccer clinic held at SK Raja Muda, Section 4, Shah Alam. More than 30 participants from SRK Section 13, SRK Section 24 and SK Raja Muda attended the programme to create interest and increase their knowledge about football.

11 August 2018 : Perangsang Selangor through its Sports For All training provider, Bola Rotan Media & publication organised the ‘Sepak Takraw vs Obesity’ programme for the Hulu Langat district. The programme was conducted by Mohsen Amdan at Taman Impian Ehsan sepak takraw court, Balakong. The programme is targeted to provide awareness and instil a healthy lifestyle especially to those who are experiencing obesity problems.

Sports For All – Sepak Takraw 

The students who participated in 'Trio Impian Perangsang' in Kuala Selangor district

The Perangsang Dream Trio programme kicked-off its 2017 edition in Kuala Langat district held on 8 January 2017 at SRK Sijangkang Jaya. The programme managed to attract a total of 48 participants between 12 to 32 years of age aimed to promote sepak takraw to all walks of life, encourage a healthy lifestyle and to elevate the sports tradition in the state of Selangor.

The programme was then organised in the Gombak district on 14-15 January 2017 at the Selayang Hospital Sports Complex. A total of 40 participants from the nearby community between 10 to 47 years of age participated in the sepak takraw clinic.

On 4-5 February 2017 the 4th series of Perangsang Dream Trio was held at the Kuala Selangor Indoor Stadium, in the Kuala Selangor district. The programme attracted more than 70 local communities aged between 10 to 54 years. The programme was enlivened with the presence of Mustaffa Kamil Ayub, Perangsang Selangor CSR Board Member.

The programme continued with the district of Hulu Selangor located at the Multipurpose Hall Sungai Selisek, Behrang on on 18-19 February 2017 which more than 64 participation from the local community aged between 11 to 42 years.

The final Sports for All – Sepak Takraw programme was organised on 25-26 February 2017 at SMK Seri Bendena Hall, Sabak Bernam. A total of 67 participants from the surrounding community aged between 9 to 56 years participated in the programme.

Overall, the programme has attracted a total of 515 participants in Selangor since it started in 2016.

10-11 February 2018 : The final series of Perangsang Trio Impian Programme for 2017 was held at Bukit Sentosa Community Hall, Bukit Beruntung, Rawang. 450 participants took part in the event aimed to identify new talents for the preparation of Majlis Sukan Sekolah Malaysia (MSSM) championship.

13-14 January 2018 : Perangsang Selangor through Kelab Bola Rotan Masyarakat organised the Perangsang Selangor ‘Trio Impian’ League at Arena Sukan UPM, Serdang. The programme managed to attract 300 sepak takraw players and fans within the district. The programme started with a sepak takraw clinic followed by the league matches and final game.
