14 October 2018 : Perangsang Selangor in collaboration with Bola Rotan Media and Publication organised the 6th series of ‘sepak takraw vs obesity’ programme at Taman Kapar Indah, Klang. The programme which focused on the overweight and obesity community managed to attract 56 participants.

27-28 January 2018 : Perangsang Selangor through Trio Impian organised a sepak takraw clinic at SK Sijangkang Jaya. A total of 130 participants comprising students between the age of 12-18 years participated in the programme which ended with a mini tournament.

5 November 2016 : On the 5-6 November 2016 the Alpha Brothers Archery Club (ABAC) organised an archery clinic participated by 50 students from schools within the Petaling district located at the Padang Rakyat Taman Subang Perdana U3, Shah Alam. The ‘Sports for All’ programme is part of Perangsang Selangor’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for the community in Selangor.

The sports programme will be expanded to all 9 districts in the state, namely Petaling, Kuala Selangor, Hulu Selangor, Kuala Langat, Hulu Langat, Klang, Gombak, Sabak Bernam and Sepang. The next archery clinic tour will be held in Kuala Selangor on 19th and 20th November 2016 at the Padang Memanah at the Kuala Selangor Stadium.

The objective of this programme is to provide exposure, instilling interest and opportunities to all the people of various races and ages in addition to unearth new talents, develop future athletes and to foster a sports culture among the students and community.

Apart from archery clinic for youths, there was also a demonstration of archery such as Recurve, Barebow and Compund bows on the first day by coach and ABAC members where visitors were also given the opportunity to participate. On the 2nd day of the programme, a mini archery competition was held among the participants and visitors where the winners took home prizes and certificates.

Overall the 2-days archery clinic programme went well and received an overwhelming response from students, parents and visitors.

The Sports for All (SFA) programme is a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative under the Selangor Sports Stimulus (SSS) sponsored by Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad (Perangsang Selangor). The programme comprises eight different sports, namely badminton, archery, sepak takraw, cycling, bowling, swimming, squash and football. It will be expanded across the state of Selangor starting in October 2016 until February 2017. Among the objectives of the programme are to promote healthy living, inculcate sports culture among the youths, provide opportunities for people to learn and understand the technical aspects and latest technology in sports as well as to search for new talents.

The SFA programme started with badminton where J World Sports, the appointed training provider will organise six Badminton Clinics involving approximately 300 participants in several districts and community centers in Selangor.

According to Jason Wong, head coach, said, “The response from badminton fans is overwhelming. Besides learning to hold a racket, they also learned the right way to hit and move”.

“Through this programme, we are hoping to unearth new talents especially among the youths so that they could represent the state of Selangor and Malaysia one day”.

13 August 2017 : JAB Bowling Academy organised a bowling clinic under the Perangsang Selangor’s Sports for All programme for 60 participants from the Petaling district at Ampang Super Bowl Summit USJ. The purpose of the bowling clinic is to provide the community especially the less fortunate people an opportunity to be involved in sports and promote a healthy lifestyle.

27 February 2018 : Perangsang Selangor through Munro Sports, a training provider under the Sports for All programme organised the 3nd series of ‘#MyParentsMyCoach’ soccer clinic held at Dewan Serbaguna Taman Bidara, Batu Caves, Gombak. More than 35 participants aged 7 to 13 attended the programme to create interest and increase their knowledge about football.

7 - 8 October 2017 : Perangsang Selangor organised a 2-day archery clinic under the Perangsang Selangor’s Sports for All programme at Sekolah Menengah Agama Sungai Haji Dorani, Sabak Bernam. The programme was conducted by Alpha Brothers Archery Club participated by 59 students from Sekolah Kebangsaan Haji Dorani, Sekolah Agama Menengah Haji Dorani, Sekolah Kebangsaan Seri Bahagia, Sekolah Kebangsaan Seri Makmur, Sekolah Kebangsaan Simpang Lima, Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Lias, Sekolah Menengah Bagan Terap, Sekolah Tahfiz Al-Qodariyyah and Sekolah Menegah Kebangsaan Kota Kemuning. The objective of the programme is to provide students an opportunity to be involved in archery, discover new talents and promote healthy lifestyle.

11 August 2018 : Perangsang Selangor through Kelab Memanah Alpha Brothers organised an archery clinic at SK Sungai Kapar Indah, Kapar. The programme managed to attract more than 60 students, teachers, local communities from Taman Sungai Kapar Indah and nearby residential area.

4-5 August 2018 : Perangsang Selangor through its Sports For All training provider, Kelab Memanah Alpha Brothers organised an archery clinic at SK Rancangan Tanah Belia Bukit Changgang, Banting, involving 81 students, teachers and parents. The programme was sponsored by Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad as part of its Selangor Sports Stimulus CSR initiative.

13-14 January 2018 : Perangsang Selangor in collaboration with Alpha Brothers Archery Club organised an archery clinic at SK Ulu Yam Baru Batang Kali, Hulu Selangor. A total of 119 students participated in the 2-day Sports For All programme sponsored by Perangsang Selangor.

30-31 December 2017 : Perangsang Selangor in collaboration with Alpha Brothers Archery Club organised the Perangsang Selangor -Traditional Archery Championship at Sekolah Kebangsaan Jalan Kebun Klang. A total of 64 participants took part in the 2-day Sports For All programme sponsored by Perangsang Selangor.

25-26 November 2017 : Perangsang Selangor in collaboration with Alpha Brothers Archery Club organised the 6th series of Sports For All archery clinic at Gymnasium 2, Pusat Sukan University Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. The programme is aimed to promote the sport to the disabled and students in Petaling district. A total of 51 participants took part in the 2-day programme sponsored by Perangsang Selangor

1 September 2018 : Perangsang Selangor through its Sports for All training provider, Kelab Memanah Alpha Brothers organised an archery clinic at Padang Awam Taman Batu 30, Ulu Yam Lama, Gombak involving 80 students and teachers aimed at providing exposure and promoting healthy discipline lifestyle among youths in the State of Selangor.

21-22 July 2018 : Perangsang Selangor through its Sports for All training provider, Kelab Memanah Alpha Brothers organised an archery clinic at SMK Puchong Utama 1, Taman Puchong Utama involving 80 students and teachers aimed at providing exposure and promoting healthy lifestyle among youths in the State of Selangor.
