SHAH ALAM, 1 SEPTEMBER 2015: Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad (Perangsang Selangor) is pleased to announce the appointment of our Head of Strategic Planning and Investment Department Ahmad Fariz Hassan as the Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Ahmad Fariz succeeds the Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Suhaimi Kamaralzaman effective 1 September 2015. Suhaimi will also be redesignated as Perangsang Selangor’s Non-Independent Non-Executive Director.

Ahmad Fariz Hassan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with honours from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). He began his career in Corporate Governance Department of MK Land in 2000 before joining MRCB in 2003. He served as CIMB Investment Bank and CIMB Private Equity Manager from 2004 to 2010. In 2011, he was appointed as EKUINAS Cosmo Restaurant (Burger King) Chief Operating Officer. He served as Khazanah Nasional Berhad’s Senior Vice President before joining Perangsang Selangor on 14 April 2015.
