Overview Anti-Harassment Policy
INTRODUCTION
This Anti-Harassment Policy (“Policy”) is intended to create and maintain a work environment in which people are treated with dignity, decency, and respect.
PURPOSE
The Policy aims to affirm KPS Berhad’s commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and harassment-free work environment by outlining the responsibilities of all individuals working for or with the Company, preventing workplace harassment, educating stakeholders on the harmful impact of harassment, and providing clear guidance on how to recognise and address such behaviour effectively.
SCOPE
The policy is applicable to all employees of KPS Berhad and its subsidiaries, as well as the public.
GUIDING PRINCIPLE
This Policy intends to fulfil the recommendations set forth in the amendments to the Employment Act 1955, which come into force on 1 January 2023, and any other amendments made thereafter.
