Investor Relations Policy
INTRODUCTION
As a public listed company, KPS Berhad is committed to providing accurate, transparent, and timely information to the shareholders, stakeholders and the public. The Investor Relations Policy supports this by ensuring compliance with Bursa Securities’ guidelines and other governing laws and regulations regarding disclosure of material information and managing investor expectations through balanced, broadly disseminated disclosures on the company’s prospects and its business.
PURPOSE
KPS Berhad strives to maintain its corporate credibility and develop investors’ confidence through a structured approach on the communicating of material information.
- Serve as a statement to the Company’s shareholders and other stakeholders on how KPS Berhad intends to keep them informed of material developments and maintaining effective communications with them.
- Provide a framework of processes and procedures upon which the Company can successfully implement its investor relations programme.
SCOPE
The investor relations Policy applies to the Board of Directors and employees of KPS Berhad and its subsidiary companies.
